This includes a broad range of topics including your job, physical well-being, finances, spirituality, environment, intellect, social network and your emotional and mental health. This is NOT an advisory service or professional counseling session and I will recommend such services as needed. This is intended to help you think out loud and help you set your own goals.

I will also provide you with encouragement, accountability and motivation to help you get through your workouts. I can also help provide accountability and motivation for overcoming addictions.
