What is Fitness?
Fitness, in regards to health and exercise, is a combination of a few general measures that can be objectively determined.
These measures may include, but are not limited to: height and weight, resting heart rate, blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, muscular power, agility and speed. With these measures, one can determine level of ability, general health and quality of life.
